WHO WE ARE

TAC - The Art Code is India's first creator-led learning platform. We are not a coaching centre. We are not an academy that hires professional trainers to teach from a textbook.

TAC is built on one belief: the best person to teach a skill is someone who is actively living it. A working motion graphics artist who just solved a tricky composite on a live project knows something no trainer can teach because they earned that knowledge on the field.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We are looking for a Motion Graphics professional - someone currently working in the field to teach Motion Graphics and After Effects to our TAC Suite students.

This is not a full-time teaching role. You don't need a B.Ed. You don't need years of classroom experience. What you need is genuine mastery of your craft and the willingness to share what you know.

The way we teach at TAC is simple: you bring the real world into the classroom. The errors you hit on a live project become case studies. The workflow you follow on an actual brief becomes the lesson. The shortcuts you've built over time become the curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for the most technically advanced person in the room. We are looking for someone who has done the work - and has the scars to prove it.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently working in Motion Graphics - freelance, studio, agency, film, OTT, or digital media
• Lives inside After Effects - it is their primary tool, not an occasional one
• Has real work to show - delivered, published, aired, or live somewhere in the world
• Understands motion design as a craft - timing, pacing, weight, emotion not just keyframes and effects
• Has a natural storytelling instinct - knows how to make something move in a way that makes people feel something
• Has sat with a client brief at 11pm and figured it out - owns their process completely
• Is already using AI in their workflow - Runway, Firefly, Pika, or whatever is helping them work smarter and faster
• Does not just use AI as a shortcut - uses it as a creative extension of their thinking
• Is the person their peers come to when they're stuck
• This role is open to freelancers and full-time professionals equally.

We are not looking for someone who has taught before. We are looking for someone who knows their subject deeply enough that teaching it comes naturally.
