Key Responsibilities:

• Edit talking head videos (interviews, podcasts, reels, educational content, ads)
• Add engaging motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and transitions
• Enhance videos with sound design, color correction, and pacing
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads)
• Design visual storytelling elements to increase engagement and retention
• Work closely with content, marketing, and design teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
• Experience in editing talking head / personal branding videos
• Good understanding of social media trends and formats
• Ability to add captions, emojis, memes, and hooks for engagement
• Basic understanding of color grading and audio mixing
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
