Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Specialist based in the Pune Division. The Motion Graphic Specialist will be responsible for creating visually engaging motion designs, developing motion graphics content, producing high-quality videos, and collaborating on storyboarding for creative projects. They will work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and creating animated content using industry-standard tools
• Experience in designing and developing Motion Graphics for digital projects
• Proficiency in Graphics design and integrating creative visuals
• Knowledge of Video Production processes and techniques
• Expertise in Storyboarding and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and adapt to fast-paced project timelines
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
