Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Designer to join us. As a Video Designer, you will be responsible for bringing captivating visual stories to life through animations and motion graphics that align with our branding and messaging. Your work will play a crucial role in elevating the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital and multimedia campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling video concepts.
- Develop storyboards and create compelling narratives to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Create and edit video footage, add special effects, and synchronize audio to enhance the visual appeal of the final product.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality and innovation of motion graphic designs.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting the high standards of creativity and quality.
- Experiment with AI tools. Use cutting-edge tools like Runway ML, Eleven Labs, DALL-E, MidJourney, and more to push creative boundaries
- Perform quality checks on video edits, including color correction, sound design, and final touches, to ensure every piece of content meets Yobee's high standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Designer or in a similar role (BFSI is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects and animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and willingness to explore new techniques and styles.
