Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through dynamic visuals, animation, and design. You will collaborate closely with the content, video production, and academic teams to design visually compelling videos and graphics that enhance student engagement across our learning modules.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, intros, and transitions for educational content.
- Work with the video production team to enhance lectures and promotional videos through visually appealing motion elements.
- Design and animate titles, lower thirds, icons, infographics, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject experts and scriptwriters to visualize abstract or academic concepts.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across all course videos and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, design tools, and visual storytelling.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in e-learning, edtech, or media production.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Experience with 2D animation, kinetic typography, compositing, and visual storytelling.
- Strong sense of timing, motion, and visual rhythm.
- Basic sound design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics and animation work.
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of character animation or whiteboard animation styles.
- Experience working with educational or instructional content.
- Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
