Role Purpose / Objective
To create high-impact, visually compelling content through video editing and motion graphics, driving engagement, brand storytelling, and performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads, Website) including cutting, sequencing, color correction, and sound design
- Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns and social media
- Create performance-driven ad creatives optimized for conversions (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
- Adapt content into multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, long-form, statics + motion hybrids)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs in line with Minimalist guidelines
- Stay updated with latest trends in video editing, motion design, and social media content
- Manage raw footage, assets, and project files efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, BJMC, Design, Animation, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in motion graphics and video editing (D2C / beauty / lifestyle preferred)
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both motion graphics and editing skills is mandatory
Technical / Functional Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong understanding of:
- Motion graphics & animation principles
- Video editing techniques & storytelling
- Color grading & sound design basics
- Social media content formats & trends
- Basic knowledge of:
- Camera handling, lighting, and composition (good to have)
- Performance marketing creatives (ads)
