Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune City, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves designing and producing motion graphics and animated visuals for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media content, and internal communications. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. Daily tasks include creating storyboards, designing assets, animating graphics, editing video content, and optimizing deliverables for various digital platforms. The role also includes maintaining brand consistency, experimenting with new visual styles and techniques, and contributing creative input to multimedia projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video content.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing files for different platforms.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
• Comfort with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, create storyboards, and deliver on tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant education or certification in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in tech or SaaS products, especially in travel or data-focused businesses, is a plus.
