Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role at The One Branding, based in Anand. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, design captivating visual content, and support video production projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with other creatives, meeting project timelines, and ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and goals.

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, product promos, marketing demos, etc.) on Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using Adobe Illustrator
• Develop storyboards that map out key scenes in animations in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
• Design the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece
• Select relevant audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients in the final design
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards

• Proven motion graphic experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe After effect, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Should be agile and a quick problem solver
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
