Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Jamshedpur | Work Mode: On-site | Salary: 15k-18k
Position 1: Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Create high-quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn new techniques.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work will be a plus.
Position 2: Motion Designer
Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Work with the creative team to turn ideas into visually captivating motion visuals.
- Edit and enhance videos with animations, transitions, effects, and synced sound.
- Optimize videos for social media, websites, and digital presentations.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, creative content ideas.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (portfolio required).
- Understanding of animation principles, motion design, and video editing workflows.
- Creative flair with a keen sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for staying updated with new trends in motion and video content creation.
