Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
Experience: 12 Years
Location: Remote, 6-day work week; expected to be online and available during standard working hours (9:30 AM6:30 PM IST)
Compensation: 1.83 LPA (based on experience and skills)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with 12 years of experience who is strong in After Effects and visualization. The role involves converting scripts and ideas into engaging motion graphics and visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects
- Create visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Convert scripts into clear visual storyboards
- Develop engaging visual stories aligned with content objectives
- Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver quality output on time
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation
- Good visualization and visual storytelling skills
- Strong comprehension skills to interpret scripts and briefs
- Ability to translate written content into visual storyboards
- Basic understanding of typography, color, and layout
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for ideation, scripting support, and workflow efficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in the eLearning domain with a strong understanding of VSBs, templates, on-screen text, learning objectives, summaries, and call-to-action elements
