Role Overview
Lead the creative development and execution of motion graphics and animations that support brand storytelling, marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for promotional videos, branded content, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with design, content, and brand teams to conceptualize and deliver projects aligned with brand objectives
- Lead the creative process from storyboarding and scripting through animation and post-production
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual storytelling and creative innovation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Mentor and guide junior motion graphic designers, supporting skill development and creative growth
- Review motion design work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project goals
- Prepare and optimize assets for multiple digital platforms, maintaining visual quality across devices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in motion graphic design or animation with a strong, diverse portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence
