Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented motion graphic designer to bring RADIUS's product stories, brand narratives, and marketing ideas to life through motion. You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create high-impact visual content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for website, product videos, social media, campaigns, demos, and presentations

Translate complex product concepts into clear, visually compelling motion narratives

Design explainer videos, UI animations, reels, short-form videos, and branded content

Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to maintain brand consistency

Edit and enhance videos with sound, transitions, typography, and effects

Optimize motion assets for multiple formats (web, social, presentations, ads)

Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator/Photoshop

Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling

Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS, tech, or B2B brands (preferred)

Ability to work with storyboards, scripts, and brand guidelines

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience with Figma animations, Lottie, or UI motion design
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)
