Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer function in QuoDeck is a key components of every stage in the creative process from conceptualizing to storyboard, and editing. MGD works closely with the Marketing team in areas such as digital marketing, UI, video making etc.

MGD should have a strong interpersonal skill, be able to work as an individual, and part of a team, and meet what are often tight deadlines. They should also know that project needs can change at any moment, and be able to make change and edits, even some that override their creative thought process. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

Brief

As a Motion Graphics Designer at QuoDeck, you do more than bringing graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and leaves them wanting more. In addition, you have these skills and experiences:

• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, InDesign, Illustrator etc)
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video and more)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
• Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Fixed CTC 30K to 40K Per Month

Maximum Experience 2 to 3 years
