Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing digital assets such as social media graphics, email banners, web layouts, and marketing materials
- Support the creation of print materials like brochures, flyers, packaging, and signage
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and content creators on various projects
- Prepare design files for production and ensure accuracy in formatting and layout
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to improve skills and output
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (class projects, personal work, internships, etc.)
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to take feedback and adapt quickly
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva
- Knowledge of UI/UX or web design basics
