Motion Graphic Designer

Pixelfox is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer!

Pixelfox is a creative studio where design, storytelling, and AI converge to create scroll-stopping content. We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn concepts into dynamic reels, short-form videos, branded animations, and visual content that performs.

What you'll do:

• Produce animated content and motion graphics for social media, ads, and client campaigns.
• Edit and package reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and paid placements.
• Create static visual assets and have a strong understanding of design fundamentals such as composition, typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Work across both digital and print, adapting creative concepts and designs for different formats and platforms.
• Combine traditional tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D with AI-assisted workflows using tools like Midjourney, Kling AI, and Adobe Firefly.
• Stay updated with changing formats, trends, and visual styles; prototype ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback and performance.
• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and editors to deliver polished assets within deadlines.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging motion and static content.

Who we're looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related creative role.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals with hands-on experience creating static creatives.
• Proven experience working across both digital and print design.
• Confident user of After Effects and Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D or equivalent is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing social-first reels, motion graphics, static designs, branded animations, and digital/print work.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, layouts, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to experiment with new creative workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Located in Mumbai or able to work onsite.
