Motion Graphic Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and visually engaging storyboards from scripts
• Develop animatics to establish pacing and animation flow
• Design and animate 2D motion graphics for videos, product explainers, and social media content
• Conceptualize and design static creatives including banners, social media posts, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Add sound effects and background music to animated content where required
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality, print- and screen-ready outputs within deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest in motion trends, design styles, tools, and techniques

Additional Qualification and Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Good understanding of motion design principles, timing, and transitions
• Ability to design static creatives, social media visuals, digital ads, and branding materials
• Sharp visual sense with attention to detail, layout, and typography
• A creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgment and ability to adapt styles
• A solid portfolio/showreel showcasing both animation and graphic design work
• Bonus if familiar with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma
