Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to create high-quality animations, visual assets, and motion content for digital, social media, corporate films, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into engaging motion visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, logo animations, and digital ads.

Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize concepts.

Work with creative teams to understand project requirements and transform ideas into motion.

Animate text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual elements using After Effects.

Integrate audio, voiceovers, and sound effects into animations.

Apply animation principles like timing, easing, and transitions to deliver smooth motion.

Edit and refine videos using Premiere Pro, as needed.

Maintain organized project files, compositions, and versions.

Deliver within deadlines while ensuring style, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, plugins, and tools.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (mandatory).

Working proficiency of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.

Understanding of animation principles and motion design fundamentals.

Experience in creating typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.

Ability to develop storyboards and conceptual visual flow.

Good sense of design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Educational Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
