Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and responsible Motion Graphics Designer to join our team and create engaging digital animations and video content for targeted social media campaigns.

You will collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital design, a keen understanding of branding and visual systems, and the ability to work swiftly without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging videos, animations, illustrations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative briefs, align on project objectives, and deliver high-quality visual content.
• Interpret and incorporate feedback and creative direction from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with copywriters and other creative professionals to develop storyboards, scripts, and compelling visual narratives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools in daily workflows to enhance creativity, streamline production, and improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, provide timely project updates, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the production process.
• Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all assigned work.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Visual Effects, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through motion, animation, and visual design.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Maya.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and the ability to incorporate them into everyday design workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and fundamental design principles.
• Knowledge of branding, visual identity, and brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, accountable, and adaptable approach to work.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad
