Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Artist / Senior Motion Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Motion Graphics Artist & Graphic Designer to lead our motion graphics team and oversee the entire motion design process. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality character animations and motion graphics for our EdTech videos, transforming complex concepts into visually engaging content that enhances learning experiences.

As a Senior Motion Graphics Artist, you will work closely with scriptwriters, video editors, and video producers to ensure all visual elements align with our creative and educational objectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise to elevate the overall quality of our motion graphics content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics, character animations, and visual effects for EdTech videos.
• Work closely with the content team, scriptwriters, and video producers to translate educational concepts into engaging visual narratives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style, ensuring that animations align with the brand's creative vision and educational goals.
• Design custom illustrations, infographics, and icons to enhance video content and marketing materials.
• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to create dynamic and visually appealing animations.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior motion designers by providing constructive feedback and best practices in animation and motion design.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, software updates, and innovative animation techniques to enhance the quality and impact of motion graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize the production process for efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc., is a plus).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion typography, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects.
• Experience in designing motion graphics for EdTech, e-learning, or similar industries is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and mentor junior team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to balance creative quality with project deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple projects efficiently.
• Passion for education, technology, and innovation, with a keen interest in designing impactful learning experiences through motion graphics.

Work Details:

• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Working Days: 6 days a week
