Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional videos. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and storyboarding visual ideas, designing graphics and visual elements, and producing animated content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with the digital marketing, content, and video production teams to translate campaign goals into engaging visual narratives. The Motion Graphic Designer will also refine and edit existing assets, ensure consistency across platforms, and maintain project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
• Candidates should possess Video Production skills for planning, editing, and integrating motion elements into video projects.
• Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing compelling visual assets and layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop creative concepts
• Edit and enhance video content with effects, transitions, and sound design
• Design engaging social media creatives, explainer videos, and promotional content
