Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an agency environment and a strong understanding of digital content creation and social media trends.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into compelling visual stories through motion graphics, video editing, and animation. You will work closely with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to produce engaging content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, advertisements, and promotional videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Edit videos using creative transitions, visual effects, motion elements, sound design, and animation techniques.
• Develop high-quality motion graphics and animated assets using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit and produce professional-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Handle camera operations during shoots, including framing, lighting, and capturing high-quality footage.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute campaign concepts effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
• Mandatory experience working in a creative, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, storytelling, and video editing techniques.
• Knowledge of social media content formats, emerging trends, and audience behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of color grading and sound editing.
• Knowledge of camera handling, video production, and shooting techniques.
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, ad creatives, and promotional content for digital platforms.
• Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
