Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 13 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating motion graphics for real estate projects, including promotional videos, walkthroughs, social media creatives, and branding content. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling content that supports brand and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for real estate marketing campaigns
- Develop videos for project launches, property walkthroughs, explainer videos, social media ads, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements
- Edit and animate videos using industry-standard tools
- Add visual effects, transitions, typography, and sound effects as required
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project themes
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with latest motion design trends and techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field
- 13 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer
- Experience working on real estate projects will be a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D / Blender) is a plus
- Understanding of video formats, frame rates, and export settings
- Strong sense of timing, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
