Role Overview
The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animated video content across digital platforms, bringing creative concepts to life through engaging visuals. This role combines creative execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, and the use of modern motion design toolsincluding AIto deliver visually impactful content while meeting brand standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- 24 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video work
- Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms including videos and social media
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop ideas for motion-based projects
- Transform static designs into smooth, dynamic animations ensuring a seamless visual experience
- Edit and enhance video content by adding motion graphics, transitions, and special effects
- Apply strong typography skills to create visually appealing text animations and graphic overlays
- Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of Blender and familiarity with AI-based motion design tools
- Work closely with clients and internal team members to understand creative requirements and deliver impactful visuals
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standards
- Stay updated with latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI tools for motion design
