Motion Graphic Designer

Kraftbase is one the leading design studios from India, working with AI and SaaS companies across the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. We design product interfaces, brand systems, and the stories around them, and we're looking for someone to bring that work to life through motion.

About the role

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer (3 to 5 years experience) who can bring product UI, brand systems, and marketing content to life through motion. You'll be embedded across design and brand projects, animating product walkthroughs, building hero reels for launches, designing brand idents, and crafting micro-interactions that elevate static work into something that breathes.

This isn't a render and forget role. You'll work alongside UI/UX designers, brand designers, and founders directly, with real input into how stories are told and how products are presented to the world.

What you'll do

• Animate product UI, brand work, and marketing content across formats

• Translate static designs into motion that feels native, not bolted on

• Build motion systems for brand projects — logo animations, idents, transitions

• Take projects end-to-end: storyboard, animatic, animation, final delivery

• Bring fresh references and motion thinking into the studio

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of professional motion graphics experience

• Strong command of After Effects — expressions, shape layers, clean file structure

• Sharp sense of timing, easing, and choreography

• Solid design fundamentals — typography, layout, composition

• A portfolio that shows range across product, brand, or storytelling work

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Blender for 3D motion

• Experience with Lottie / Bodymovin

• Familiarity with Figma

• Comfort with sound design or directing audio
