We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging motion visuals, animations, and dynamic ad creatives. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital agency environment, strong visual storytelling abilities, an understanding of platform-specific creative trends, and the ability to produce high-quality animated assets for ads, social media, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video-based creatives for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), websites, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the paid media and social teams to produce creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Convert static concepts into dynamic motion visuals that enhance user engagement and performance.
  • Research trends, competitor styles, and platform-specific design formats to develop fresh, impactful motion concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all animated and static deliverables.
  • Edit and enhance videos (motion transitions, effects, typography animation, trimming, resizing).
  • Design supporting graphics for websites, landing pages, and social assets when needed.
  • Maintain high-quality output while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with Canva or CapCut for quick edits.
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, timing, transitions, and animation.
  • Experience creating motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and web formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Strong creative thinking, visual research skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, 3D tools (Blender/Cinema4D), or advanced animation techniques is a plus.
