Motion Graphic Designer

Location & Type: Delhi | Full-time

Role Overview

We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can own how we communicate visually across Griphic and all its products.

This role is about thinking, storytelling, and execution-not just animation.

You'll create compelling visual content across product explainers, brand narratives, podcasts, and digital campaigns, transforming complex ideas into engaging stories that connect with the audience.

What You'll do

-> Create motion graphics and videos across:

• Product explainers and demo videos
• Brand storytelling and corporate videos
• Podcast video editing (long-form and short-form)
• High-impact social media reels and short-form content
• Digital marketing and ad creatives

-> Edit podcast episodes with engaging visuals, graphics, subtitles, and transitions.

-> Create attention-grabbing reels and video snippets optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

-> Simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.

-> Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams.

-> Take projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.

-> Maintain and elevate the overall quality and consistency of motion content across the company.

What we're looking for:

3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.

Strong Skills in:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Motion design, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Podcast editing and short-form content creation
• Creating content optimized for digital platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong attention to detail and a refined design aesthetic
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects

Good to have:

• Experience working with AI, SaaS, or technology brands
• Experience creating product explainers or software demo videos
• Basic knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion principles
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
