About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India creative team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will bring product stories and campaigns to life in motion for a global audience. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will turn ideas and scripts into animation and video, from short social loops to explainer pieces that make complex products clear.

Key Responsibilities

Animation & Video

• Design and animate motion graphics for social, web, and product
• Build explainer videos, product demos, and campaign cutdowns
• Storyboard concepts and develop them into finished pieces

Craft & Collaboration

• Edit footage, sync audio, and handle clean final exports
• Work with design, marketing, and product on each brief

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years in motion design with a strong showreel
• Command of After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus Illustrator
• A solid grasp of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Experience with explainer or product-marketing video
• Basic sound design or illustration ability
