Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with 6+ years of experience and proven capabilities in motion graphics & designing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing & editing videos, motion graphics, and other creative dynamic content formats like GIFs, video snippets, banners, etc.

The candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for social media. The material may include, but is not restricted to, footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of projects, including brainstorming and editing existing video content to tell a story.
• Use motion graphics to edit content that promotes our products.
• Coordinate with the content team for monthly social media calendars (static posts, videos, banner images, cover images, GIFs, Infographics, etc.).
• Develop concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, final cuts, Case Study, and PPT designs for owned company assets like Website, Blog, etc.
• Take briefs to grasp production team needs and specifications; trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects; Create rough and final cuts; Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from the production to the post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Plan concepts by studying relevant product information and material.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must; Experience in XD is a plus.
• Technical knowledge and experience in creating interactive videos is a plus.
• Proven experience of working on editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity; familiarity with special effects, compositing; Experience in 3D is a plus.
• A strong understanding of global design and trends.
• Offline drawing, sketching, and ability to transfer into digital is an advantage.
