About the Role:
We're looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer who's passionate about creating engaging visuals and motion graphics that capture attention and tell stories. You'll be working on a mix of digital creatives, outdoor ad designs, brand visuals, and motion projects that will be displayed across major Indian cities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves transforming concepts into high-impact visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate visually striking motion graphics for digital and outdoor advertising.
- Create engaging static designs, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns and client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the design lead, content, and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand visuals.
- Translate creative briefs into powerful, on-brand visuals that align with campaign goals.
- Edit and enhance video content for promotional and brand-related projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current design and motion trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Blender, Animator (or similar)
- Graphic Design & Illustration: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand creative direction
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design roles.
- Experience in agency or startup environments will be an added advantage.
