Role Description This is an on-site full- time role for a Motion Graphic Designer based in Hyderabad. The Motion Graphic Designer intern will support the creation of motion graphics and visual assets for presentations, explainer videos, social media content, and brand communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals from briefs, designing storyboards, animating graphics, editing video content, and preparing final deliverables in multiple formats. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, consulting, and leadership teams to translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives. The intern will also assist in maintaining brand consistency across digital materials and optimizing assets for different platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Motion Design for creating animated visual content.
• Hands-on experience or training in Video Production, including basic editing and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for developing static visuals, layouts, and supporting assets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,r or equivalents).
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and present creative concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail, a strong visual sense, and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Animation, Media, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio).
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and design work; prior internship or project experience in a corporate or agency setting is an advantage.
• Handling a Camera with videography and photoshoot.
