We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, animation, storytelling, and visual communication. You will work closely with the creative, branding, and marketing teams to create engaging motion content for digital platforms.

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and videos.
• Develop animated explainer videos, reels, promo videos, and typography animations.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to execute creative concepts.
• Edit and enhance video content with transitions, effects, sound, and motion elements.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual style across all projects.
• Stay updated with current design, animation, and social media trends.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.

Proficiency in:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of video editing, compositing, and sound synchronization.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve iterations quickly.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Candidates should share a portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.

• Experience working with branding or digital marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and workflows.
