Motion Graphic Designer (B2B)

The Motion Graphics Designer creates engaging animated content from static designs to support storytelling and business video communication. The role focuses on motion assets such as data visualizations, kinetic typography, transitions, title cards, and explainer animations, all aligned with brand guidelines.

Working within a creative team, the designer collaborates with graphic and video teams to deliver consistent, high-quality motion graphics across digital and presentation platforms while meeting fast-paced production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static visual assets following the Client brand and style guidelines
• Create motion graphics and animated content, including: Animated charts, diagrams, and data visualizations, Transitions, reveals, and kinetic typography
• Lower thirds, title cards, and simple animations
• Animated explainer and presentation content
• Translate static designs into motion‑enabled formats
• Support video projects with animated and motion‑based elements
• Optimize motion assets for web, presentation, and video platforms
• Balance speed and quality in production‑focused workflows
• Ensure consistency between motion assets and static brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and corporate videos
• Strong graphic design foundation with a keen eye for layout, typography, and composition
• Proficiency in motion design principles, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating a variety of motion assets for digital and video platforms
• High attention to detail and visual polish
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
