Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with hands-on experience in designing, animating, and editing engaging content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in motion graphics and video editing, along with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic animations, explainer videos, motion graphics, and visual content for marketing campaigns and brand communication.

• Video Editing: Edit raw video footage, add transitions, effects, typography, and sound design to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

• Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to produce static creatives, infographics, illustrations, and other visual assets for digital media.

• Social Media Content Adaptation: Optimize and format content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) according to platform-specific best practices.

• Creative Execution: Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality visual content while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables are high-quality, error-free, visually consistent, and delivered within the required timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of 3D tools is a plus).

• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling, typography, visual composition, and animation skills.

• Knowledge of Platforms: Understanding of various social media formats, trends, and content optimization techniques.

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Must have agency exposure.

• Ability to maintain both quantity and quality while working across multiple projects and tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.

Work Details:

Working Days: Monday–Friday, Alternate Saturdays

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
