About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic & Motion Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

You'll work across social media creatives, advertisements, motion graphics, reels, video content, product communication, and AI-generated content.

We're looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who is also excited about experimenting with modern AI creative tools to produce better content, faster.

Key Responsibilities

Concept to Execution

Design and deliver high-quality creatives including social media posts, ads, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and motion graphics — from concept to final output.

Graphic Design

Create visually strong and engaging designs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

Video & Motion Design

Create reels, motion graphics, video edits, animations, and short-form content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

AI-Powered Content Creation

Experiment with and use modern AI tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Lovable, or similar tools to enhance creativity and speed up content production.

Social Media Content

Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, including reels, ads, thumbnails, and short-form videos.

Visual Storytelling

Turn ideas, scripts, products, and campaigns into engaging visual stories that capture attention.

Brand Consistency

Ensure every creative aligns with our brand identity and maintains strong visual quality across platforms.

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual communication.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant design experience
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics
• Experience creating social media content, reels, advertisements & short-form videos
• Understanding of current social media trends and formats
• Ability to take an idea from concept → design → motion/video → final output
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI-powered creative workflows
• Good sense of storytelling and attention to detail

Portfolio is Mandatory

Your portfolio should ideally showcase:

• Graphic design
• Social media creatives
• Motion graphics
• Reels / video editing
• Advertisement creatives
• AI-assisted creative work, if available

Salary: 35,000 – 40,000/month
