Job Overview:

Centre Source is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Branding & Marketing. We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor (3 Years experience) to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually captivating motion graphics and editing high-quality video content. Your expertise in animation, storytelling, and post-production will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual communication across various platforms, including social media, advertising, and internal videos.

• Conceptualize, design, and animate engaging motion graphics for a wide range of projects (e.g., promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, explainer videos).
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design brief.
• Develop design assets such as typography, icons, logos, illustrations, and custom animations.
• Maintain a consistent and professional visual style in all projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve design quality.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, including cutting, sequencing, color correction, and audio syncing.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, and sound elements to videos to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the creative vision and ensure the final output meets project expectations.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Edit videos for various formats (YouTube podcast, social media, web, presentations, internal communications, etc.), optimising content for each platform.

• Collaborate effectively with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Present concepts, designs, and edits to clients or internal stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
• Provide creative input on video and animation concepts, helping to push the boundaries of creativity.

• Organize and manage all video files, assets, and project folders to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Ensure proper file delivery and formats for final assets.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring correct resolution, aspect ratio, and file sizes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
• Knowledge of audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with media compression and export settings for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Creative Skills:

• Strong graphic design skills with a focus on animation and storytelling.
• Ability to create compelling motion graphics that enhance video content and drive viewer engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proactive attitude, creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling through motion graphics and video.

• Experience in animation
• Familiarity with stock, custom video and audio libraries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
