The Role

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts, a refined sense of animation and the ability to bring ideas, stories and brands to life through motion.

The role requires someone who can think beyond software and transitions—someone who understands design, rhythm, narrative, typography and visual impact. You should be comfortable working across campaign films, brand content, social media, digital communication, presentations and branded video assets.

A strong command of AI-powered creative workflows is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to use AI for concept exploration, visual development, asset creation and production enhancement while ensuring the final output remains original, polished and creatively driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand brand character, communication briefs, campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Translate creative concepts and scripts into engaging motion-led visual communication.
• Develop visual styles, animation approaches, moodboards, style frames and storyboards.
• Design and animate content for brand films, campaign videos, social media, digital platforms, presentations and branded content.
• Create compelling motion typography, transitions, graphic sequences, title designs and visual identities.
• Combine graphic design, animation, footage, sound and effects to create cohesive visual narratives.
• Use AI tools for ideation, image and video generation, asset development, visual exploration and production enhancement.
• Work closely with strategy, copy, design, edit and production teams on integrated campaigns.
• Adapt master films and motion assets into multiple formats, durations and platform specifications.
• Maintain consistency in design language, animation quality and brand identity across deliverables.
• Contribute to pitches through style frames, animatics, motion tests, mock-ups and presentation visuals.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, visual culture, animation techniques and emerging creative technologies.

Core Skills

• Adobe After Effects
• Strong proficiency in AI-based image and video-generation tools (must)
• Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D software (added advantage)
• DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

What We're Looking For

• A strong foundation in graphic design, typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Good understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, rhythm and transitions.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into engaging motion narratives.
• Strong visual storytelling and design-led motion sensibility.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative and production workflows.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, formats and deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of editing, sound design and colour grading will be an added advantage.

Education

Open to relevant talent and experience. A degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Commercial Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related discipline will be preferred.
