Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Motion Graphic Artist. The Motion Graphic Artist will conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics, videos, and animations to support the company's content strategies. You'll create high-impact explainer videos, UI animations, course intros, and short social clips. Expect to lead motion design end-to-end, apply latest AI-assisted workflows, and coordinate with content, product, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D/2.5D, 3D motion graphics and animated explainers using Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci and complementary tools.
• Design storyboards and animatics from technical scripts supplied by subject-matter experts.
• Use AI tools to accelerate asset creation, style exploration, lip-sync, rotoscoping and sound design.
• Deliver full-motion reels ready for YouTube, Instagram, and in-app playback (multiple aspect ratios).
• Work independently: estimate tasks, own delivery, version control, and handoffs.
• Maintain a reusable asset library and documentation of templates, presets, and AI prompts.

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

• 5 + Years of Experience
• Strong After Effects expertise.
• Portfolio/reel showing explainer videos, UI animations, or technical storytelling.
• Practical experience using AI tools for motion workflows (prompting asset generation, automations, AI-assisted rotoscoping or cleanup).
• Solid sense of timing, motion principles, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across distributed teams.
• Comfortable delivering source files, documentation, and edit-ready masters

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D-lite workflows for camera moves and simple 3D elements.
• Skills in Premiere Pro, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve for final assembly and sound mixing.
• Script/storyboard experience and voiceover direction.
• Experience building Lottie/JSON exports for interactive in-app animations.
