Who are you
You have the ability to work on a result-oriented approach. You will research and establish key methods, approaches and channels to render dazzling videos, starting with understanding customer preferences in chosen target customer verticals.
You will be the person in-charge for all company marketing videos, custom made to appeal to senior stakeholders in large enterprises. You will use your own abilities as well as market leading products and tools to pull customers and convey our value proposition.
You will then follow through and iteratively customize these further, based on consumption data derived from social media, growth in our follower base etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Motion Graphic & Video Editor, manage materials such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce high-quality video content
- Assist the central Marketing team in developing creative concepts for videos including animated, whiteboard, interactive, screencast, and mixed-media formats
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording, editing, and post-production
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline, messaging, and purpose behind each video project
- Edit videos with appropriate music, sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance audience engagement
- Produce 2–3 concept-driven, animated, interactive, or mixed-media videos per week
- Create video content that increases brand impressions, audience engagement, and lead conversion for marketing campaigns
- Analyze video performance metrics such as views, engagement, and click-through rates to improve future content effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align video content with business goals and lead generation strategies
- Utilize AI-powered video generation platforms such as Seedance, Kling, and similar tools to accelerate content production and improve delivery timelines
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows for scripting, visual generation, motion enhancement, and editing efficiency
- Optimize video content for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentation channels
- Carry video projects from concept through completion while ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand standards
- Maintain and enhance Torry Harris Integration Solutions brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual communication
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Formal video-editing training, preferably an undergraduate degree from one of the top design schools
- 3-5 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing
- Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
- Excellent knowledge of common industry applications such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
- Extensive experience in creating videos for Social Media marketing platforms
- Up to date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and technologies
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of production and web-based technologies
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
