This is a full-time, on-site role as a Motion Graphic Artist at Motion Mate, located in Lucknow. The role involves creating high-quality motion graphics and animations to meet client specifications. Daily tasks include developing creative concepts, collaborating with clients and team members, researching trends, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery. Additional responsibilities may include providing training and feedback to team members to ensure consistent performance standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Research and the ability to understand client requirements and market trends.
• Well-developed Project Management skills to oversee timelines and deliverables, ensuring completion with attention to detail.
• Experience in Training team members or junior designers to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Proficiency in relevant motion graphic and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Creativity, time management, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site environment.
