We are hiring a Motion Editor in Mumbai. You will report directly to me.

The research we publish is some of the most followed work in the country. The Rich List. The Impact 50. The Art List. Manufacturing 400. Unlisted Gems. Every list we drop becomes a national conversation within hours. Right now, that conversation is happening mostly in print and on screens that do not move. I want to change that.

The person in this seat will own how Hurun India looks in motion. List reveals that feel like an event. Data that animates the way it should. Aftermovies that make a room of 300 founders look like a room of 300 founders. Short form that travels.

You will not fight for budget. You will not pitch the value of motion. You will not be buried under three layers of marketing approval. You will work with me, directly, on the things I care most about.

The tools you bring matter. Premiere, After Effects, and real fluency with the new generation of AI video tools. Runway, Veo, Sora, Descript, the rest. I want someone who treats AI as leverage, not as a gimmick.

The reel matters more than the resume. If your reel is good, the years of experience are negotiable.
