Motion Designer

As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and create visually stunning motion graphics for digital, social media, broadcast, and marketing campaigns. Your role will involve designing, animating, and enhancing visual content to deliver an engaging experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various platforms, including digital, social media, and web.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and execute compelling visuals.
• Create assets for animation, including typography, logos, and other graphic elements.
• Maintain consistency in style, color, and design across projects while adapting to the specific needs of each client.
• Edit and refine animation sequences, incorporating feedback from the team and clients.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends to ensure fresh and relevant work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in producing visually compelling content.
• Experience with 2D and 3D animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your best motion graphics work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional design tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software.
• Basic knowledge of video editing techniques.
• Familiarity with sound design and its integration into motion graphics.
