Role Description
We're hiring a Motion Designer (Full-time / Remote) to create high-quality motion graphics, animated social media content, kinetic typography, brand visuals, explainer-style videos, and motion-led assets for client campaigns. This is not a standard video editing role. We are specifically looking for someone who can design and animate from scratch, not just cut footage together.
This role is best suited for a motion designer who understands animation, typography, layout, pacing, visual hierarchy, and modern social media design. You should be able to turn scripts, captions, brand guidelines, static designs, service breakdowns, or rough ideas into polished animated content for brands and businesses.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, including timing, easing, transitions, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience creating motion graphics, animated social media content, kinetic typography, logo animations, icon animations, and branded visual assets
- Ability to create motion-led content without always relying on filmed footage
- Strong design sense with clean layouts, spacing, colour use, typography, and brand consistency
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, stories, ads, and website sections
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and reference styles accurately
- Organized, independent workflow with strong time management and consistent deadline delivery
- Portfolio required with relevant motion design examples
