Motion Designer II

Key Deliverables:

1. Define visual guidelines, UI elements, and design standards for consistency across products.
2. Create production-ready design artifacts, including animations, illustrations, and motion graphics.
3. Lead visual direction for product visual assets and marketing campaigns.
4. Build motion design assets and collaborate with developers for effective implementation.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve user and business problems.
2. Ensure high-quality design craft across UI and motion experiences in products.
3. Develop intuitive user flows and visual elements to enhance engagement and usability.
4. Maintain a strong influence with front-end engineers and ensure visual consistency.
