Motion Designer and Editor in

We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion Designer and Editor to craft visually engaging content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will produce original video content including motion graphics, event coverage, interviews, and branded materials. You will work closely with producers and creative teams to manage projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, adapts to changing priorities, and leverages both technical expertise and artistic sensibility. Experience with AI-assisted tools and advanced Adobe Creative Suite applications will help you innovate and enhance content quality. Accountabilities
- Create and edit high-quality video content, including motion graphics, sound design, music, photography, and post-production.
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across all projects while staying current on design trends for social, broadcast, and digital media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, produce, and deliver multimedia projects, providing creative input and technical guidance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizing digital assets and delivering content in appropriate formats.
- Coordinate with external vendors for additional digital asset production as needed.
- Apply innovative techniques and AI tools to enhance video creation, editing, and motion design workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, and post-production within creative or marketing teams; SaaS or enterprise software experience is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and a strong understanding of file structures, web formats, and compression guidelines.
- Expertise in motion graphics, color theory, typography, continuity, and creative judgment.
- Experience producing content for social media platforms with knowledge of platform-specific guidelines and formats.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, animation, and AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with producers, designers, and technical teams.
