We're looking for a senior motion design professional who can elevate our motion output through strong hands-on execution, sharp creative thinking, and AI-powered workflows.
This is a lead individual contributor role.
What You'll Do
- Hands-on Creative Ownership: Independently conceptualize, design, and execute motion-led projects including videos, reels, case studies, brand films, and product launches for B2B and B2C clients.
- AI + Motion Craft: Use AI-first workflows across scripting, storyboarding, visual exploration, and execution to scale output and experiment faster, while retaining strong fundamentals in motion design and storytelling.
- Creative Direction Through Execution: Translate briefs into compelling motion narratives and visual systems. Own the quality and craft of motion outputs end to end.
- Tool Expertise: Work deeply across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools, blending traditional motion design skills with AI-driven storytelling and production workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with copy, design, brand, and strategy teams, and work closely with leadership to bring integrated creative ideas to life.
- Innovation & Exploration: Stay ahead of global motion, video, and AI trends. Actively experiment with new formats, techniques, and tools to evolve our motion language.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in motion design, video, animation, or related fields
- Strong hands-on portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual clarity
- Experience working in or with production houses or agency environments
- High comfort with both traditional motion tools and AI-based creative tools
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistently high-quality output
- Strong visualization, ideation, and attention to detail
