Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer (1–3 Years Experience) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Sector 44) Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling, and should be comfortable working across multiple digital formats. Key Responsibilities • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for marketing, branding, and digital platforms • Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video outputs • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all motion and design outputs • Incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects Required Skills & Tools • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, and transitions • Good sense of typography, composition, and color Good to Have • Experience with social media reels, explainer videos, or corporate videos • Basic knowledge of audio syncing and sound editing • Understanding of branding and marketing visuals Experience & Qualification 1–3 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics or Video Design. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects is mandatory
