We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relation Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management and will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client complaints effectively.
