Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Mother Teacher and Life Skills Trainer. Responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in various academic and life skills areas, developing and implementing engaging educational plans, managing student behavior, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves close coordination with parents to ensure students holistic development and effective communication of progress.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills with experience in working with children
• Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans for academic and life skills training
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and teams
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment
• Prior experience in teaching or training roles, preferably in schools or similar institutions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant fields. Certification in life skills training is a plus
