Role Description
The PRT Mother Teacher will be responsible for guiding and mentoring young learners, focusing on their holistic development in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Key duties include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment, and ensuring the emotional and academic growth of students. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the development of children. This is a full-time, on-site position located at the serene campus in Bilara, Rajasthan.
Qualifications
- Experience in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and classroom management for primary-grade students.
- Skills in nurturing emotional well-being, fostering creativity, and encouraging social skills in young learners.
- Capability to use technology in education, including digital tools and e-learning platforms.
- Proficiency in effective communication and the ability to collaborate with parents and peers.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children, encouraging both their academic and personal growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant teacher training certifications.
- Prior experience in CBSE schools is an advantage, but freshers with strong passion and skills are encouraged to apply.
