Job Title: US Mortgage Live Underwriter (Conventional & Non-QM)

Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts

About the Role

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduation (UG) is Mandatory

Joining: Immediate Joiners & 1 month Notice period Preferred

Responsibilities

• Live Underwriter ,Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR mortgage loan applications.
• Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, employment, and collateral.
• Evaluate alternative documentation loans (Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, 1099, ITIN, and P&L Only).
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, company, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and clear underwriting conditions and resubmitted documents.
• Coordinate with processors, loan officers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan decisions.

Qualifications

2–5 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Live Underwritting ,Conventional, Non-QM, and/or DSCR underwriting.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, DU/LP, mortgage compliance, and risk assessment.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, CalyxPath, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
